Be yourself – be better.
The 1st level of online education SYSTEMA colonel Maksimtsov.
Topic 1.
The three human survival laws in any extreme situation:
In this lesson we will look at the 1st law of survival - to foresee a dangerous situation.
To foresee a dangerous situation will help us if we have our own:
1. Where can we acquire knowledge?
1.1. Reading special literature.
1.2. Watching special films.
1.3. Visiting professional Internet sites.
1.4. The most important way we can get knowledge is when we communicate with professionals. If you practice Systema then it is your instructor or teacher of Systema who must be really the professional in this activity.
What he teaches he should really also do it in his life. As a rule it is his profession now or it was before. Now he earns his money for life with this activity.
2. Where can we acquire the special experience?
2.1. Service in the army; in the police; in secret service; especially the participation in real war;
2.2. Being in prison;
2.3. Participation in street fights and conflicts before;
2.4. Working in very difficult conditions. For example: working in a mine underground, tree felling in the North, and so on.
Experience gained in the above cases, as a rule, has a lot of negative consequences. These effects may include the following such as:
1. Acquisition of serious diseases that have accumulated, for example in the course of service in harsh conditions. Therefore, people who have served in the military, police, secret service usually they go to retire much earlier than ordinary people. Generally it occurs in 40-50 years. However, ordinary people retire at 60 years and older. Now things are changing, but it is not our topic.
2. The limited motion after injuries.
3. Disability and inability to perform certain movements.
4. Breakdown of the psyche and the acquisition of mental illness.
5. Failure to adequately assess the situations of life, especially after taking part in real war.
6. Unfortunately after the dismissal very often the military and law enforcement officials cannot adapt to normal life, abuse alcohol, use drugs begin and end life suicide.
Based on these negative effects, as well as the fact, that many people do not have experience in paragraphs 2.1. - 2.4. see above.
The special program of Systema Colonel Maksimtsov is designed to obtain this experience without the negative effects listed above.
This effect is achieved with creating artificial situations similar to those listed above, in special trainings and seminars. The gradual transition from simple to more complex situations is an important part of this activity.
The purpose of a special training - it is achieving maximum awareness and inclusion of all the senses, as experienced in a real situation.
The great advantage of artificially created dangerous situations – is that you can ensure the safety and preservation of the physical and psychological health of all participants.
Every follower can use of these learning situations in everyday life.
Typically the average person can foresee about 95% of all extreme situations that he could seriously hurt in.
The exceptions are:
1. Drug addicts.
2. Alcoholics.
3. People with mental illness.
4. People who are in an affected state and they do not understand what they are doing in this moment.
5. People who are involved in real war or they are in an area where there is a real war.
Let us examine the remaining 5% of extreme situations. We analyze practically the following daily interaction between "man - car." It is not a secret that in this interaction many people are injured and killed. And this happens because the first law of survival violated.
Let's look at why this is so:
See the picture below:
2. Driving a car in a state with drug, alcohol or any other intoxication, as well as after the use of certain medications.
3. Driving a car in a state of extreme fatigue, in a state of illness, stress, etc.
4. Overrunning and other violations of the rules of the road.
5. Driving a faulty car.
6. Passing pedestrians roadway in the wrong places.
Summing up the results of the above, we can see that when people:
1. Ignore the traffic rules;
2. Do not follow the safety instructions for all kinds of electrical, mechanical and other tools;
3. Go to nature: to a mountains, to a forest, to a river or to a sea without sufficient knowledge, skills and experience, and also without the proper equipment:
4. Can't control movements of their bodies;
5. Not being able to control their mind and emotions;
6. Cannot control surrounding objects.
7. They cannot control the surrounding space.
8. And naturally, they are unable to control an opponent, and even more so several opponents.
These people will be constantly involve in difficult and very dangerous situations which they had all possibilities to foresee and avoid.
Homework №1.
Given that the main value of any knowledge is the ability to use it in everyday life you should write 3 examples of the application in everyday life of the 1st law of survival.
Homework №2.
Based on the above material briefly please write what you would do in the following situation.
- You get home late at night and you need to cross a disadvantaged area. Usually, there is could be a criminal, a drug addict, a drunk, who could harass you and ask you about what you have in your pocket. You see that these people are just on the way through which you need to pass.
What will you do?
After your answers I'll send you feedback and next part of this topic.
Good luck to achieving your goals.
Do every day what you really like to do!
Live where you really want to live!
Communicate with people you really like to communicate with!
Everything you think, say and do - always corresponds to each other!
And if possible for you, teach others these things.
This is exactly what (consciously or unconsciously) everybody strive.
