Hello Alexander,
Here is the homework for Monkey step while walking.
Now before practicing, I do a warming up as you described in some videos (by the way, do you have a video which is only about warming up?).
When practicing monkey step, either from squat or walking, sometimes I have pain behind the left knee. I do not know why, because there is no pain either on the front or on the sides.
Thanks for your feedback.

What is it connected with?

Well in fact, after the beginning of level 1 with theorical lessons, I started to seriously put ehis knowledge in my life since 1 year and a half now.
I am at a point where almost all the aspects of my life are changing, professionally and privately.
And this transition moment is a little bit tough. But things – and life – are going on.

Answers:
1. Thank you for the video.
Yes, it's much better.
In the next topic "acrobatic bunch" you will already apply this in combination with all the elements of acrobatics learned earlier and I hope that it will be perfect.
Here is this topic: https://youtu.be/epm2Y9xrMlQ

2. As for knee pain.
There were probably problems before (injuries, subluxations that you might not even notice;  probably  asymmetry in the body, when one leg is shorter than the other and, accordingly, one leg is overstressed all the time, etc.).
Now this problem may come out. Conclusion. Do everything very slowly, until the first pain in the knee. As soon as the pain appears, immediately stop doing anything on this knee. We need to find out the cause and restore the knee. Otherwise, there will be an accumulation of tension and at one bad moment there will be a serious injury.

Hope your life changes for the better. If you want to write about this in more detail, then perhaps we will go through this period together more effectively and less painfully.

For all elements of acrobatics, you can use the same warm-up, since there is mainly a load on the legs (the only exception is falling forward).
In your case, you need to restore the knee and then strengthen it with special 3-planar movements. But in any case, the first is recovery.
